which phone should I get?

I am due for an upgrade, and from the free upgrades the Motorola Dext and the HTC Tatoo Inc caught my eye. I need some advice, it would not be my main media player as i have an ipod touch, but want it to surf the web and for Social Networking – which is best???? And if you know will either of them sync with a macbook you would defo get 10 points

i would get an iphone but i can’t afford one!

i know motorola will probably not sync with mac

and my friend has an HTC HD2 and that wont sync to my mac either
